Life Update

Hello all! Sorry for my absence for the past year…oops!! The year has just seems to have gone past so quickly! I have quite a good excuse for my absence! I got into university to study cooking at degree level! I am currently studying culinary arts management (just a big fancy title for cooking really) at university of Ulster in Belfast. It’s been a crazy year but I’m happy to say I have enjoyed almost all of it…I did not particularly enjoy the 4 hour practical examinations. Especially the one where I cut my thumb about 5 mins after the exam started (on my right hand – my dominant hand!!) and then for some reason I couldn’t boil potatoes!!!! It’s all okay because I came out with very good results despite these little mishaps. I’m going to try and revive my blog - thank you to all those who have encouraged me to do so. I’m going to try and keep the posts regular on a weekly basis. Saturday is probably the day they will come out. I cannot guarantee there will be one every Saturday come September but I will try my best! Keep me accountable please!!
